Krazie Bone & DJ Big Heff Looking For Talent on "Cleveland Is the City Project"

Krazy Bone & DJ Big Heff are teaming up for the "Cleveland Is the City Project" artist search

Recently Krayzie Bone and legendary Midwest DJ Big Heff launched a search looking for the hottest new artists in Ohio with their “Cleveland Is The City Project.”

Looking to connect with the next generation of artists to bridge the gap and shine some light on Cleveland, Krazie Bone has launched the venture to eventually sign the most talented acts in his region.

"I came to Big Heff a few years back and I told him that I wanted put together an underground compilation of artist that were strictly Cleveland, Ohio. We agreed to work together on the project to make it happen. However it wasn’t done on the scale that I would’ve like to have seen it done on but, it gave me a chance to really seek out, and find a lot of raw talent in The Land,” Krazie Bone explained.

In 2014 Quincy "Big Heff " Taylor joined the team with Def Jam Records as the Ohio Valley Region Rep. working on projects in the Midwest Region.

Then he followed that up by creating the Big Heff Radio Show which is now syndicated on 16 different stations throughout the Midwest.

“I'm really looking forward to working with some new artists and producers to bridge the generations of our culture. Bone Thugs & Harmony put Cleveland on the map, this project is to make sure we remain there,” Big Heff said.

Artists that are interested in being a part of the project can email clevelandisthecityproject@gmail.com
