(AllHipHop News) A bodyguard for rapper 2 Chainz has pleaded guilty to beating up a photographer on the rapper's behalf.
Rory Smith appeared in court yesterday (May 15) and pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor charge of harassment.
Smith must stay out of trouble for the next two years and he will be allowed to plead to a lesser charge.
R.J. Capak said he was ultimately assaulted simply for taking pictures of 2 Chainz, as he arrived at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City ahead of a taping of "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon."
2 Chainz' legal issues are far behind him. Capak has filed a lawsuit against the rap star since Smith was his employee.
"I can't work as long as I used to because I have slight dizzy spells. My equilibrium is off now and then. My shoulder hurts. My neck hurts," R.J. Capak said.
