2 Chainz Reaches Settlement In $10 Million Lawsuit Over Hit Song

The rap star has one less legal headache to worry about.

(AllHipHop News) Rapper 2 Chainz has settled a lawsuit over a 1990s track he was accused of ripping off.

The star and his associates TeeFLii and DJ Mustard were sued for $10 million by songwriters Allen Georgia, Sten Stonebridge, and Frederick McFarlane.

The trio claimed they had nabbed their 1993 Robin S song "Back It Up" for TeeFLii's 2014 debut single "24 Hours."

But, according to reports, the two parties have reached an undisclosed settlement and have asked the court to "administratively dismiss the action."

Further details on the case have not been revealed.
