(AllHipHop News) A few days ago, singer Teairra Mari filed a lawsuit against 50 Cent for posting an explicit image of her to his Instagram.

This took place after Mari’s ex-boyfriend Akbar Abdul-Ahad leaked the images to her socials after the two split.

Now, 50 Cent is attempting to cash out over the hashtag he has made famous: “Get the strap.”

The “Candy Shop” rapper is seeking approval for using the trademark on things like clothes, phone cases, hats, etc.

This comes just in time as Teairra’s aims to profit off 50 in her revenge lawsuit comes to a halt.

“Get the strap” can be seen all over 50 Cent’s social media posts and eludes to someone grabbing a gun.

But with his recent trolling behavior, the people know it’s all in fun and games.
