50 Cents latest project The 50th Law has risen to the top of the book charts, according to a list yesterday (September 27) released by The New York Times.
The 50th Law, which is the rappers strategic advice book on life and how to become successful, was written with 48 Laws of Power author Robert Green.
The 304-page book landed at #5 on The New York Times Advice, how-to and miscellaneous bestsellers list. 50s book joined Steve Harveys Act Like a Lady (#4), Think Like A Man and Hill Harpers The Conversation (#2) on the list, which was topped by Julia Childs reissue of Mastering the Art of French Cooking Vol. 1.
On Saturday, 50 Cent returned to his old Jamaica, Queens neighborhood where he hosted Forever Young Day for hundreds of neighborhood children.
The performance was a make up date for an earlier concert in August that was canceled due to security concerns.
Next year I'm gonna get to do it on the actual date that I want, 50 Cent said. When they see this as a successful event they won't give me such a hard time next time.
