(AllHipHop News) Rap star 50 Cent has inked a production deal with Starz, that's worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
50 just signed a four-year agreement with the network, which will fund his G-Unit Films projects, in addition to helping Fif launch a new line of merchandise.
According to reports, Starz has committed to produce three new series produced by G-Unit Films, which will be distributed beyond the networks own channels, thanks to the company's parent company, Lionsgate.
"Both on screen and off, Curtis has proven that he can deliver content that our viewers want to watch," said Starz CEO Chris Albrecht. "He is the real deal, and we have given him a real deal, with what I believe to be among the most significant deals to date for an executive producer in premium television."
In addition to his hit series of "Power," 50 Cent is currently developing two new projects with Starz: "Black Mafia Family" and "Vanguard."
