Bank vs Banks: City National Says Azealia Banks Is Avoiding $137,000 Lawsuit

The rap "212" hitmaker still owes quite a bit of money on some credit cards.

(AllHipHop News) Rapper Azealia Banks is being accused of trying to avoid paying a $137,000 credit card debt.

Azealia is snagged up in a lawsuit filed by California’s City National Bank, which claims she opened up a Crystal Visa Infinite Credit Card in 2012, but stopped paying when the balance hit $79,000.

The bank also claims she owes another $8,000 on a credit card issued in 2015 and an additional $50,000 for a personal line of credit from 2016.

According to TheBlast, a process server tracked Azealia down earlier this month and supposedly spotted the rap star when she exited her New York apartment.

After she ID'd herself, and the process server hit her with legal papers, Azealia allegedly began denying she was herself.
