Beanie Sigel Bail Revoked

A judge revoked Beanie

Sigel's bid to leave federal prison and enter into a drug rehabilitation and anger

management program, after the man he allegedly shot claimed he received daily

Terrence Speller,

who claims Sigel is the man who shot him in the stomach and foot at a Philadelphia

bar, testified that he and his girlfriend received daily threats against their

lives because of their cooperation regarding the trial.

Speller said that

none of them came directly from Sigel.

U.S. District Judge

R. Barclay Surrick had approved Sigel's release to an undisclosed treatment

He ordered Sigel

to put up a $1,000,000 federal bond, $150,000 in cash, a house valued at $400,000

and four other properties.

Sigel has been

held without bail since July 14.
