Belly's Lawsuit Against Coachella Could Be Ruined Because No One Called The Cops

Belly claims he was attacked by 25 security guards at last year’s Coachella.

(AllHipHop News) Belly was not having it at last year’s Coachella, claiming he was the target of an alleged attack by a mob of security guards during The Weeknd's set.

The XO rapper claimed he was on his way to the backstage area with the appropriate credentials (he is an artist after all), when he was then punched, kicked, choked — with bruises to prove it.

The rapper is suing the festival's organizers for a brutal beatdown over nothing.

He also claimed he suffered detrimental physical and mental pain, along with trauma — suing Goldenvoice (who hosts Coachella each year) and Chella’s security company IPS Security.

The Indio Police Department now claim they never actually received a record stating Belly was assaulted.

Real name Ahmad Balshe claims the 25 security guards attacked him without any provoking.

A video did surface on TMZ but besides that, no real evidence.

Look like this could hamper his attempt to getting money out of this one.
