Benzino Sentenced To Community Service For Having A Big Stash Of Party Drugs

The rapper also blasted fake reports saying he pleaded guilty to drug charges.

(AllHipHop News) Rapper Benzino has managed to avoid prison if he can stay out of trouble for the next two years.

Zino was bused in Atlanta in January of 2017 after cops raided his Atlanta apartment and found a bunch of party drugs in his residence.

The raid turned up six MDMA pills, gummies filled with TCH, and less than an ounce of weed.

Although Benzino blasted prosecutors in Cobb County for being racist, he decided to plead guilty to all three charges and was sentenced to 2 years of probation.

"Ok so once again your favorite award winning journalists 🙄 and blog sites are posting fake news," Benzino fumed. "Today I was given a 'conditional discharge'.

That means since the charges were so petty and bs that after 1 YEAR OF UNSUPERVISED PROBATION (that means I do not have to report or pee in a cup), 40 hour community service (which I do and enjoy anyway by talking to at risk youth), and a 500 dollar fine, ALL CHARGES WILL BE DROPPED!

After the year is up, IT COMPLETELY GETS ERASED OFF MY RECORD LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED. So to all the idiots who were hoping and reported that I was going to jail.....THE JOKES ON YOU DUM DUMS."

He must also pay a $500 fine.
