Birdman Claims Lender Won't Give Him Back His Pool Table And Platinum Plaques

Birdman's on going war over his mansion is now personal.

(AllHipHop News) Bryan "Birdman" Williams is trying to get back some very valuable belongings, which have been confiscated as part of his foreclosure war.

The Cash Money Records boss claims a court-ordered receiver placed a bunch of his personal property into storage, as his mansion went into foreclosure.

Birdman says EMG Transfer Agent, which is suing him for $12 million for defaulting on a loan against the house, is refusing to give him access to platinum plaques, a pool table, stereo equipment and even some baby pants.

Birdman recently countersued the company, claiming EMG Transfer Agent, deliberately structured the loan so he would eventually default.

Birdman is trying to get all of the money back from EMG Transfer Agent and some damages as well.
