Birdman Goes After Lloyd's Of London Over Insurance Money For Mansion

Bryan "Birdman" Williams' mansion in Miami may be plush, but it sure is a money pit.

(AllHipHop News) Legal issues continue to plague Bryan "Birdman" Williams and his Miami mansion.

The Cash Money Records boss recently served Lloyd's of London with a lawsuit, claiming they are refusing to cover damages his $14 million residence sustained during Hurricane Irma.

Birdman maintains the expensive mansion had significant wind and water damage after the hurricane in September of 2017.

According to the lawsuit, Birdman is accusing Lloyd's of London of underpaying benefits that were desperately needed to repair the home.

He's seeking an unspecified amount in damages and attorney fees.

In December of 2017, the mansion went into foreclosure after Birdman defaulted on a $12 million dollar loan, from a company called EMG Transfer Agent in 2015.

Just last month, Birdman was hit with a $250,000 lien for failing to pay a cleaning company for work they did at the house.

And in 2014, a $1 million lien was slapped on the house after Birdman allegedly failed to pay the Zankey Construction company for their work.
