Birdman's Dream Home Continues To Be His Real Life Nightmare With New Lien

The Hip-Hop mogul's ongoing battle over his palatial Miami mansion drags on.

(AllHipHop News) Hip hop mogul Bryan "Birdman" Williams is facing a lien for construction carried out on his Florida mansion.

Bosses at Multimedia Innovations said they performed work on the Cash Money Records founder's Miami pad, putting in an automated lighting installation, but they have yet to receive their full payment.

According to the latest reports, Williams still owes them $20,000.

The mansion is currently on the market, but a lien has been placed against it, so when it sells the money will come from the profit.

Birdman has experienced a number of financial issues since purchasing the 10-bedroom, 14-bath waterfront estate for $14.5 million in 2012.

In 2015, he took out a $12 million loan against the property from officials at EMG Transfer Agent.

He was subsequently accused of defaulting on the repayment plan, and in 2017, he tried unsuccessfully to offload the home for $20 million.

The lavish pad subsequently went into foreclosure, and in January, he was ordered to immediately vacate the house and hand over his keys to a court-appointed monitor, who sought to rent out the space to raise funds while the legal dispute rumbled on.

Now the home is on sale for $15.5 million.
