Birdman, Young Thug Seek Ask Judge For Gag Order In Lil Wayne Tour Bus Shooting

The two rap stars are begging a judge to help keep info from leaking to the public.

(AllHipHop News) Cash Money Records boss Bryan "Birdman" Williams and his close associate Young Thug are asking a judge to silence everyone in a case that saw Lil Wayne's tour bus shot up.

The rappers recently pleaded with a judge in Cobb County to put a gag order in place, due to the conduct of a lawyer representing the man who drove the bus the night of the altercation.

The Cobb County, Georgia District Attorney is conducting an investigation to determine the role Birdman may have played in a 2015 shooting.

The incident took place as Lil Wayne's bus was shot up after he left a performance at Compound.

Young Thug's associate Peewee Roscoe was eventually hit with 10 years in prison for the shooting.

In 2016, Alvin Lewis, the guy who was driving the bus, claimed the shooting was gang-related and filed a lawsuit against Birdman, Young Thug and Cash Money Records.

Earlier this month, the judge overseeing the case in Georgia ordered the case to be paused following the release of an alleged jail phone call involving rapper Birdman.
