(AllHipHop News) Earlier this week, Bobby Shmurda jumped online to vent about not making any money from his show performances. The video rant was eventually taken down from his Instagram page but not before it became trending news on the internet.

Billboard spoke with Shmurda's mother/manager Leslie Pollard about his complaints. According to Pollard, her son is recieving his payments, but the "Hot N***a" rapper is just not aware of how the business works.
"It's not that he's not getting paid, it's that he's new to the business,"said Pollard. "There's a chain of command that he has to go through before he gets his payment. I guess he's thinking all the money should go from the front man to his hands -- it doesn't work like that. Of course they hold onto it so he actually does the show. Then it goes to his business manager, then to the touring accountant, and then to him."
