(AllHipHop News) On Monday afternoon, Torrence "Boosie Badazz" Hatch Jr. was taken into custody in Coweta County, Georgia for firearm and marijuana possession. The Louisiana-raised rapper was released on $3,500 bond.

"Just a misunderstanding. Ain't nothing serious," Boosie told WSB-TV while walking out of jail on Tuesday. He was accused of driving erratically before a Coweta County deputy attempted to pull his rental vehicle over.

Lenn Wood said, “[The deputy] had called for backup because he was already suspicious when they didn't pull over a couple of places they had a chance to." After stopping the white Dodge Charger, the officer supposedly discovered 11 grams of marijuana, a loaded 9 mm handgun, vape pen with suspected THC oil, and around $20,000 in cash.

Boosie was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of schedule I narcotics, and possession of marijuana. Antonio Allen was also arrested for the same alleged crimes. Allen, described as Boosie's bodyguard, also received a $3,500 bond.
