(AllHipHop News) Louisiana-raised rapper Boosie Badazz was arrested in Coweta County, Georgia. The 36-year-old born Torrence Hatch Jr. was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of schedule I narcotics, failure to maintain lane, and possession of marijuana.
According to reports, Boosie was taken into custody with former New York Jets player Antonio Allen, 30. Sgt. Jeff Bugg claims he saw a white Dodge Charger swerving in and out of its lane and smelled marijuana after pulling the vehicle over.
The Coweta County Sheriff's office supposedly found 11 grams of marijuana, a loaded 9 mm handgun, vape pen with suspected THC oil, and a bag of cash inside the rental car. Boosie also apparently admitted to talking on the phone while driving.
In 2009, Boosie was arrested and sentenced in East Baton Rouge for drug and gun charges. He was also sentenced to eight years in state prison for drug possession two years later. Allen is said to have felony warrants in South Carolina for firearm and drug charges.
