(AllHipHop News) R. Kelly may finally be brought to justice after a new video has surfaced of the singer allegedly having sex with an underaged girl.
The sex tape, which has been handed over to prosecutors, has been viewed and confirmed by CNN as well.
"Due to the importance of ensuring justice is finally done in this matter and because we are deeply concerned that Mr. Kelly has not been held accountable for his sexual abuse of young African-American girls, who are especially vulnerable, we have done so on a pro-bono basis," Michael Avenatti revealed in a statement issued today.
The 45-minute tape features R. Kelly and what appears to be a 14-year-old girl having sex in a living room. The man on the tape refers to the girl as "14-year-old" p###y.
The man asks the girl to urinate and then he also urinates all over the child.
According to CNN, the tape's contents are very similar in nature to the videotaped sexual assault on a 13-year-old teen back in February of 2002, although this is a totally different tape and victim.
R. Kelly would later be acquitted of those charges in June of 2008. This time he may not be so lucky.
According to Michael Avenatti, his client is a 25-year friend of R. Kelly and said the man was a "whistle blower" who met the girl on numerous occasions.
Prosecutors in multiple states have been trying to find evidence against R. Kelly, who is accused of brainwashing multiple women and holding them hostage as part of a sex cult.
R. Kelly's lawyer Steve Greenberg said he was completely unaware of the new shocking sex tape featuring the singer allegedly abusing the teen.
"We are unaware of any new information involving Mr. Kelly," he told CNN. "We have not been contacted by anyone. We have not been informed about any new information by anyone and we have not been contacted by law enforcement."
