(AllHipHop News) Remy Ma continues to fight her case stemming from the incident where she allegedly punched her "Love & Hip Hop: New York" castmate Brittany Taylor.
The Bronx rapper is accused of assaulting Taylor during cancer benefit concert back in April.
Yesterday, Remy's trial was rescheduled as she and her attorney work together to seek an outright dismissal of th case.
The rescheduled court date will take place on September 26.
In the interim, her lawyer will be compiling more information surrounding the incident. One of them will probably be Taylor’s social media post back in May where she revealed her black eye from Remy’s punch to her face on April 16.
Some of the new information to be revealed includes Taylor's communication with Remy’s stepdaughter, Dejanae Mackie.
Remy claims her daughter is also being harassed via the internet, echoing claims from another witness who claims she was harassed and assaulted by Britney as well.
Remy Ma’s lawyer Dawn Floria revealed during a pre-trial hearing that the harassment has been heating up and plans to provide screenshots and other evidence to back up the claims.
Remy is charged with two counts of assault and harassment, eventually turning herself in to authorities on May 1st.
