(AllHipHop News) Brittney Taylor is getting let off the hook!

Beyond the back and forth with Remy Ma, the "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star was involved in a fight with a woman named Dina Khalil inside her apartment on West 42nd Street in Manhattan.

Authorities reported the two women went at it on the 35th floor, resulting in Taylor striking Khalil in the head with a cellphone and leaving a nasty cut.

Now, Brittney is getting a dismissal deal, in which she doesn’t have to plead to anything as long as she stays out of trouble for 6 months.

If she complies, the misdemeanor assault charges against her from the brawl back in June will be dismissed.

Dina Khalil was an eyewitness to a fight back in April, where Remy Ma was accused of punching Brittney in the face.

Taylor’s lawyer Sanford Rubenstein states, “There will be a disposition of the criminal matter against Brittney Taylor on Monday with an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal.”

Brittney Taylor is currently ready to testify against Remy Ma at her trial for the alleged assault, which is scheduled for September 26.

Remy Ma’s lawyer Dawn Florio states, “If Brittney takes the [deal], it’s going to directly impact on her credibility. The district attorney’s office should dismiss the case outright against Remy. If not, we’re going to trial.”
