(AllHipHop News) In 2009, rapper C-Murder was ultimately convicted for the second-degree murder of 16-year-old Steve Thomas, seven years prior.

The New Orleans rapper was sentenced to life in prison in an earlier trial, but he was granted a new trial after the judge found that prosecutors were not completely transparent with background information on the three witnesses.

The 16-year saga involving Corey Miller's murder conviction continues, as he will be further examined on "Reasonable Doubt," a true-crime series by Investigation Discovery.

The episode will air at 9 p.m. CT on Wednesday, June 27th.

The show will be hosted by retired homicide detective Chris Anderson and defense attorney Fatima Silva.
