Cardi B Laughs At Being "Canceled" After Addressing Transphobic Meme Controversy

The rap star is in hot water once again.

(AllHipHop News) Cardi B found herself in the middle of another media firestorm. The "I Like It" hitmaker's Facebook page posted what many observers viewed as a transphobic meme.

"It's come to my attention that there have been offensive posts made on what used to be my Facebook page. For the past year and a half a FORMER team member has been the only one with access to the account," read a tweet from Cardi.

In addition, an alleged online conversation between Cardi B and the individual with access to her Facebook has spread across the internet. The supposed exchange shows the man taking "full responsibility" for the controversial post.

Cardi returned to Twitter on Sunday night. One of her fans posted, "115K viewers and her career is cover?? Lmao haters gonna hate." The Bronx-raised rapper responded, "I Hurd i was Cancel" with two laughing face emojis.
