(AllHipHop News) Cardi B continues to captivate the nation with “Bodak Yellow” and the hit song has now helped the actor-turned-rapper into a history maker again.
“Bodak Yellow” now stands as the longest-running solo female rap No. 1 in Billboard’s Hot 100 history. This is the third week the song stays at No. 1.
The rapper had already made her historical mark when she became the first female rap artist to hit No. 1 since Lauryn Hill.
Furthermore, the distinction also puts her in a tie with serial cultural appropriator Taylor Swift, who’s “Look What You Made Me Do” has also been at the charts for three weeks in 2017, according to Chart Data.
