Giovanni Arnold claims Cardi and Offset sent their bodyguards to attack him after he tried to get an autograph outside the Mark Hotel around 2 am. The "Um Yea" collaborators accuse Arnold of being overzealous and aggressive.
According to reports, Offset yelled at the self-described autograph hound, "Shut up, bro, before a n-gga beat you out here." Then Arnold supposedly responded by screaming back, "Please beat me up! Be a fool, man... I'll take all your money."
Arnold is also suing the three unidentified bodyguards, the couple’s management company, and the Mark Hotel. The 33-year-old believes the incident will cause him to be “permanently disabled and disfigured and caused to suffer continuous physical and mental pain and inconvenience.”
This latest legal fight joins other recent suits filed against Cardi B. A model named Kevin Brophy is suing the "Be Careful" performer for $5 million over his likeness being used on her Gangsta Bitch Music, Vol. 1 mixtape cover, and Cardi's former manager Klenord "Shaft" Raphael wants $10 million for helping to make her an A-list celebrity.
