Cardi B's First Rapper With First 3 Singles In Top 10 Simultaneously

The Bronx native adds another career accolade to her résumé.

(AllHipHop News) Cardi B continues to make history. At the start of 2018, Billboard reports the Bronx native became the first rapper to see her inital three Hot 100 entries reach the Top 10 at the same time.

G-Eazy's "No Limit" featuring Cardi and A$AP Rocky hit #4 on this week's chart. Cardi's "MotorSport" collaboration with Migos and Nicki Minaj holds onto #7, while Cardi's "Bodak Yellow (Money Moves)" rose back up to #10.

The Beatles (1964) and Ashanti (2002) are the only other acts to have their first three songs to land in the Top 10 simultaneously on the Hot 100. Cardi B's latest single, "Bartier Cardi" featuring 21 Savage, debuted this week at #14.

I like Cardi -no shade- I feel this is more indicative of the times than it is her art... I could be wrong tho.


But only one of the songs is actually hers. Until she brings out more chart topping singles of her own and not as a feature, then I'll be convinced.
