(AllHipHop News) Cardi B may be the biggest superstar in the rap game, but she still is dealing with her legal cases.

Back in August, the “Bodak Yellow” artist was accused of ordering an attack on two women (sisters Jade and Baddie Gi).

Allegedly, they were attacked by Cardi’s crew because of alleged rumors that Jade had slept with her husband Offset.

In April, prosecutors offered the New York rapper a plea deal, but she quickly turned it down. The offer was to have her plead guilty to a single misdemeanor, in which she would have avoided jail time. She was not down.

On Friday, Cardi arrived at the courthouse in Queens decked in all pink.

During the hearing, the judge revealed that her case is now being heard by a grand jury.

This could be a big problem for the rapper, as previously she was only facing a misdemeanor for assault and reckless endangerment.

The grand jury has insinuated those charges could be upgraded.

SMFH, This is nothing but retaliation, intimidation by the Prosecutor because she wouldn't accept the plea deal they offered. She has a right to not accept deal and fight these charges.
