Chance is out as the headliner of the FORM festival in Arizona.

(AllHipHop News) Chance The Rapper has pulled out of performing at a festival in Arizona because of "unforeseen scheduling conflicts".

Yesterday (May 9), bosses at the FORM festival in Arcosanti announced that Chance couldn't make his gig at their event on Friday and has been replaced by Flying Lotus on the bill.

In a statement posted on Twitter, organizers wrote that they were "disappointed" Chance had pulled out - but that they would still be making donations to his SocialWorks charity.

Their post read: "While we are disappointed Chance won't be with us, we are excited to contribute to his philanthropy SocialWorks and look forward to the next opportunity to support each other's missions through music."

Chance, real name Chancelor Jonathan Bennet, founded Social Works to provide opportunities for young people to enter creative and education - with a particular focus on youth in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois.

FORM, which is curated by Florida band Hundred Waters, was founded in 2015 - and is centered around Arcosanti's amphitheater.

Flying Lotus has stepped in at short notice and will take the stage in Chance's place with his 3D live show on Friday. Charli XCX, Skrillex, Fleet Foxes and Courtney Barnett are also playing at the event.
