Charlamagne Tha God To Host 'Emerging Hollywood' Digital Video Series

Celebrities will sit down with 'The Breakfast Club' radio personality.

(AllHipHop News) Lenard McKelvey is adding another gig to his extensive résumé. The outspoken media figure, better known as Charlamagne Tha God, will host The Hollywood Reporter video series titled Emerging Hollywood.

Trevor Noah of The Daily Show will be the first guest on the initial May 2 episode. Future Emerging Hollywood shows will premiere Thursdays on as well as the publication's YouTube channel.

"I don't do interviews. I do conversations," said Charlamagne. "I love conversations because through conversation, you hear people's stories, and through people's stories, you get information and inspiration. That's all I want people to get out of these conversations is information and inspiration."

Killer Mike, Jameela Jamil, Alan Yang, and Dascha Polanco will also appear on Emerging Hollywood. The discussions will cover topics such as onscreen representation, racism, politics, gender equality, and body positivity.
