(AllHipHop News) On November 17, Travis Scott hosted the first Astroworld Festival in his hometown of Houston, Texas. The "Sicko Mode" performer hit the stage at the sold-out music event.
Scott also tapped other stars such as Lil Wayne, Post Malone, Young Thug, Rae Sremmurd, and Trippie Redd to entertain the NRG Park crowd. Plus, there was a set by The Houston All Stars (Bun B, Trae Tha Truth, Maxo Kream, Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Dice Soho, and Z-Ro).
According to organizers, more than 40,000 people attended the festival. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the local charity Workshop Houston. In addition, the Screwed Up Records pop-up shop paid tribute to the late Houston Hip Hop legend DJ Screw.
