Check Out 'Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse' Special Feature Clip & Concept Art

Anyone can be a hero, anyone can wear the mask.

(AllHipHop News) The Oscar-winning animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is arriving on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on March 19. Before fans purchase home versions of the motion picture, they can watch the “Anyone Can Wear The Mask" special bonus feature above.

The 47-second clip includes Into the Spider-Verse producers Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Christina Steinberg discussing the movie. Co-director Peter Ramsey and voice actor Shameik Moore also comment on the story's theme that anyone has the ability to be a hero.

Additionally, creators of the film have released the concept art for Brooklyn teenager Miles Morales, the central character in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (see below). The images are the work of character designer Shiyoon Kim, visual consultant Alberto Mielgo, art director Patrick O'Keefe, and art director Dean Gordon. A book titled Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse -The Art of the Movie is available for purchase as well.

Miles Morales is portrayed by Shameik Moore. The cast also includes Jake Johnson, Hailee Steinfeld, Mahershala Ali, Brian Tyree Henry, Lily Tomlin, Luna Lauren Velez, Zoë Kravitz, John Mulaney, Nicholas Cage, Kathryn Hahn, and Liev Schreiber. The film was directed by Peter Ramsey, Bob Persichetti, and Rodney Rothman.

“One of the most rewarding experiences in recent months has been to hear that children are telling their parents that they see themselves in Miles, or that they want to grow up to be like Spider-Gwen, anyone can be a hero. That's why we made this film, and we hope that feeling of empowerment is something that both audiences young and old can take away,” states Persichetti, Rothman, and Ramsey.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse made over $363 million at the worldwide box office, and it was one of 2018's Top 20 grossing pictures in North America. The movie's soundtrack peaked at #2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Post Malone and Swae Lee's "Sunflower" single hit #1 on the Hot 100 chart in January.
