Chinx’s Debut Album Will Be Released In August

THE COKE BOYS AFFILIATE HAS A POSTHUMOUS ALBUM ON THE WAY

Chinx may be gone but the plans to release his debut album have not been halted. It has been announced that eOne Music and Four Kings Entertainment will release the slain rapper’s nearly complete debut album, Welcome to J.F.K on Aug. 14th, 2015. His new track “On Your Body,” which dropped today (June 2), will serve as the first single.

The album features production from Lee on the Beats and B Korn of the Amazinz. No word on the features yet. When asked about his debut album before his tragic death, the Queens native said  “I’m in a great space creatively, and it’s time to really play,” according to a press release.

Chinx’s manager Doug “Biggs” Ellison said Welcome to J.F.K will be his “best work yet.”

“He had finally come into his own, musically,” Ellison said in a statement. “We took the raw emotions of an artist on the rise, and created a lane that will absolutely establish Chinx as a pioneer in the game… His work ethic was 2nd to none.”

The album will be available for pre-order on iTunes on July 17th.
