(AllHipHop News) Nipsey Hussle's alleged killer is going to have to find another attorney.
That is because O.J. Simpson's former prosecutor Christopher Darden has requested a judge to let him quit as Eric Holder's defense attorney.
Eric Holder, 29, was charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.
Darden was originally representing Holder, but a wave of death threats have prompted the defense attorney reconsider, and now he wants off of the case.
"Just as they were in 1995-Cowards never change. These days these cowards don’t send letters instead they sit anonymously behind keyboards threatening a man’s mother and children," Christopher Darden said.
In early April, Chris Darden's family was also targeted, when his daughter Jenee Darden revealed she was also receiving death threats over her father's defense of the alleged murderer.
"Like many of you, I found out about my father's involvement in the case while scrolling through social media," Jenee Darden said. "I was not prepared for this backlash that has triggered bad memories from the O.J. Simpson Trial. My father is a grown man and has been a defense attorney for some time. I have no say in the cases he takes on."
