City Girls & Megan Thee Stallion Will Collab On 'Control The Streets Volume 2'

Yet another song from high-profile female rappers is on the way.

(AllHipHop News) The last three months have been consumed with online conversations about whether it was a City Girl Summer or a Hot Girl Summer. The respective generals of both ladies-centered movements united for a new song.

Quality Control: Control The Streets Volume 2 will host a collaboration with City Girls and Megan The Stallion. Migos member Quavo also appears on the forthcoming "Pastor" record. The tune comes after City Girls and Meg teamed up with Juicy J for "Three Point Stance."

Previously, Megan showed support for currently incarcerated City Girl member JT by calling for her freedom on "Realer and sampling her voice on the new "Hot Girl Summer" single. The Houston spitter also refused to get involved in what was perceived to be Asian Da Brat's diss directed at City Girl's Yung Miami for not writing all of her lyrics.

It appears Hot Girl Meg is choosing to take the high road in any potential beefs involving women in Hip Hop. Besides working with the City Girls more than once, the 300 Entertainment recording artist also recently recruited Nicki Minaj for "Hot Girl Summer" and she expressed interest in working with Cardi B.
