Cops Raid R. Kelly's Apartment At Trump Hotel & Tower; Find "Sex Cult Victims"

The cops had some questions for the embattled singer.

(AllHipHop News) Police officers raided R Kelly's apartment in the Trump International Hotel & Tower in downtown Chicago today.

According to reports, five police went to the hotel after the Cook County State's Attorney's Office received an anonymous tip regarding women allegedly being held captive in his room.

The officers made contact with R. Kelly and the two women, Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary.

According to reports, Jocelyn Savage and Azriel Clary told police they were not being held against their will, or captives, and that they were with R. Kelly voluntarily upon questioning.

Meanwhile, R. Kelly was questioned by police in another room, but he was not charged with any offenses.

Meanwhile, R. Kelly's attorney issued another, more formal statement to the Associated Press, and said R. Kelly has "never knowingly" had sex with an underage woman.

“The allegations aren’t true because he never knowingly had sex with an underage woman, he never forced anyone to do anything, he never held anyone captive, he never abused anyone,” said his attorney Steve Greenberg.

The raid comes on the heels of a damning docuseries on Lifetime titled "Surviving R. Kelly," which detailed the singer's history of sexual deviancy and abuse.
