Cortez Bryant Gets Down To Business With Lil Wayne With 5th Lil Weezyana Fest

The reports suggesting Lil Wayne had parted with his longtime manager Cortez Bryant are not true.

(AllHipHop News) Lil Wayne just announced the lineup for is 5th annual, artist-curated Lil Weezyana Fest, which is being produced in conjunction with Live Nation and the rap star's Young Money Entertainment.

Cortez, who is the COO of Young Money, confirmed the lineup for this year's festival on September 7 in New Orleans, which will include Travis Scott, Meek Mill, Trey Songz, Megan Thee Stallion, and of course, Lil Wayne.

“We’re so blessed to be celebrating our 5th year of Lil Weezyana Fest and grateful to all of the fans who have been with us since the beginning. It’s only right that we made it bigger and better this year to commemorate such a milestone in Wayne’s hometown!” said Cortez Bryant, Partner Maverick & COO Young Money Entertainment.

Lil Wayne and Cortez have set an ambitious business goal for this year's Lil Weezyana Festival, with plans to double the attendance by bringing the event to the UNO Lakefront Arena Festival Grounds.

Tickets will be available everywhere beginning Friday May 31 at 10am local time and $0.50 of every ticket sold from the event will be donated to support educational initiatives for young people in New Orleans.
