CyHi The Prynce: Me And Kanye Are Working On A Few Albums

Is the G.O.O.D. Music founder finally ready to return with new tunes?

(AllHipHop News) In 2011, Kanye West teamed with his "big brother" Jay-Z for Watch The Throne. Last year, he linked with Kid Cudi for Kids See Ghosts. Chance The Rapper also hinted at joining forces with Kanye for an album titled Good Ass Job.

Is Ye working on yet another joint project? Or is the long-delayed Yandi finally close to arriving on DSPs? CyHi the Prynce recently claimed he and his G.O.O.D Music mentor will release more than one LP in the coming months.

"Me and [Kanye] are working on a few albums," CyHi told XXL. "So you'll be getting them by the end of the summer. Also, my solo album as well. So, I've just been collecting all my pieces on the game board so when I present it, everybody sees it in a beautiful light. This is going to be five times better than my first album."

The Atlanta-bred emcee dropped his debut studio LP, No Dope On Sundays, in 2017. CyHi the Prynce's discography also includes the Royal Flush, Ivy League, and Black Hystori Project mixtape series. He has also co-written songs for Kanye West.

"I was like [Kanye's] hype man in the studio. That was kind of like my job. [laughs] I don’t want to make it seem like I’m doing everything, but I do put in a lot of work," explained CyHi in a 2017 interview with AllHipHop. "At the same time, it's more so a brainstorming thing. He wants the best musicians, the best producers, the best engineers, the best writers, the best rappers."
