According to TMZ, a Los Angeles judge agreed with Roy’s complaints that Dash smokes too much marijuana and upheld the decision for the father to have monitored visits with their seven-year-old daughter. Dash was also ordered to refrain from smoking weed 24 hours before each visit with the child.

The two parents have been going at each other in public over child custody and child support for months. In February, Dash referred to his ex as a “weak woman” after she hired attorney Donnell Suares.

The lawyer responded in a statement to AllHipHop.com, writing “Mr. Dash described the mother of his children as ‘weak.’ My client is a strong and intelligent woman seeking to recover what she is rightfully and legally owed according to the law.”
