(AllHipHop News) The filmmaker behind the camera for movies such as Friday, Set It Off, The Italian Job, Straight Outta Compton, and The Fate of the Furious has been immortalized on Hollywood Boulevard. F. Gary Gray is the latest storyteller to earn a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.
Gray is the highest grossing African-American director in movie history. Besides directing feature films, the 49-year-old NYC-born, LA-raised artisan also controlled the reins for music videos by artists such as Ice Cube, OutKast, Dr. Dre, TLC, and Jay-Z.
