(AllHipHop News) This is America… which means it’s time to pay up.

Childish Gambino is the latest to fall victim to a lawsuit, as his former record label claims he has screwed them over and owes a significant amount in streaming royalties.

Glassnote Entertainment Group filed a lawsuit against real name Donald Glover.

Allegedly, he’s been cheating them out of the profits he’s collected from streaming records, which clocks in at over $700,000.

The “Redbone” singer/rapper signed with Glassnote back in 2011 and released three albums:

Camp, Because the Internet, and his most recent, Awaken, My Love, before signing with RCA earlier this year.

In addition, the label reveals Donald requested $1.5 million to resolve any streaming royalty arguments.
