Hip Hop towers over the streamer's "wrapped" charts.

(AllHipHop News) Is there anyone more dominating in the streaming era than Drake? The Canadian megastar controlled the year-end Apple Music charts, and Champagne Papi also monopolized Spotify's "wrapped" stats for 2018.

The service revealed that Drake is actually the most all-time streamed artist on Spotify. In 2018 alone, he totaled 8.2 billion streams. Drizzy's Scorpion was the most-streamed global album of the year.

Post Malone, XXXTentacion, J Balvin, and Ed Sheeran joined Drake on the tally of most-streamed artists. Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa, Cardi B, Taylor Swift, and Camila Cabello were the most-streamed female acts.

Drake had the most-streamed track with "God's Plan." XXXTentacion's "SAD!," Post Malone's "Rockstar" featuring 21 Savage and "Psycho" featuring Ty Dolla $ign, and Drake's "In My Feelings" round out the Top 5.

Migos was the fourth most streamed group on Spotify. The Atlanta-located trio trailed Imagine Dragons, BTS, and Maroon 5, but they eclipsed Coldplay. The Joe Budden Podcast with Rory & Mal made the final five of the Most Streamed Exclusive Spotify Podcasts.

The leaders on the U.S. Toplists consisted of Drake (Top Artist), Cardi B (Top Female Artist), "God's Plan" (Top Song), and Scorpion (Top Album). Post Malone's beerbongs & bentleys, XXXTentacion's ?, Cardi's Invasion of Privacy, and Post's Stoney are the other albums to pull in massive Spotify plays in America over the last year.
