Drake Passes Michael Jackson On The List Of Most Weeks At No.1 On The Hot 100

The hitmaker climbs higher on the tally of chart-toppers.

(AllHipHop News) Drizzy Drake officially leaped over MJ. The Toronto rapper/singer is now alone in seventh place on the all-time list of most weeks at #1 on the Hot 100 chart after passing the legendary Michael Jackson.

With "Nice For What" returning to the top spot, Drake spends his 38th week in the chart's leading position. He only trails Usher (47 weeks) for first place among male solo acts.

Mariah Carey has collected the most total weeks at #1 (79). The R&B/Pop icon is followed by Rihanna (60), The Beatles (59), Boyz II Men (50), Usher (47), and Beyoncé (42).
