(AllHipHop News) Drake took over another chart record. With “In My Feelings” spending a tenth week at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, the OVO superstar passed Usher for the most weeks at #1 on the chart in a single calendar year.
Usher’s former record of 28 weeks in 2004 now belongs to Drake with 29 weeks in 2018. Previously, Drizzy (49) jumped over Ush (47) for most cumulative weeks at Number One. The Toronto representative is only behind Mariah Carey (79), Rihanna (60), The Beatles (59) and Boyz II Men (50) on that list.
Drake also became the second act - after Boyz II Men - to have three songs lead the Hot 100 for at least 10 weeks each. "God's Plan" crossed the 10-week mark earlier this year, and "One Dance" featuring WizKid and Kyla pulled off the feat in 2016.
