Drake Wins Another Lawsuit, Bars Company From Ever Using His Image Again

Drake defeats another lawsuit in court!

(AllHipHop News) Drake's lawyers should be getting nice Christmas gifts from the rapper this year.

His legal team scored another victory in court, by settling a lawsuit with music publishing and management company Hebrew Hustle.

The company tried to sue Drake for using a sample of Jazz musician Jimmy Smith, but his lawyers had that lawsuit tossed in June of 2017.

Earlier this week, his law team reached a settlement with Hebrew Hustle and its founder Stephen Hacker, over claims the company tarnished his brand by using his image on their website without the proper permission.

Drake accused Stephen Hacker claimed his company had "a heavy hand" in creating Drake's music.

The rapper won a settlement against Hebrew Hustle, with the company agreeing to fork over an undisclosed amount of money, to squash the whole thing.

Hebrew Hustle is also barred from ever using Drake's name or likeness.

Drake was scheduled to take the stand in the trial, which was supposed to start later this month.

Earlier this week, Drake's lawyers also settled a lawsuit with an internet model named Layla Lace, who accused the rapper of raping and impregnating her.

She is also barred from ever mentioning the incident, or slandering Drake under terms of that settlement.
