Dreamville's 'Revenge Of The Dreamers III' Opens At No. 1 On The Album Chart

(AllHipHop News) J. Cole and his Dreamville Records crew have the #1 album in America. The label's Revenge of the Dreamers III compilation earned 115,000 equivalent album units in its first week of release. Cole now has six Number Ones in his discography including his five solo LPs.

Revenge of the Dreamers III was recorded over a ten-day period in January at Atlanta's Tree Sound Studios. Dreamville acts J.I.D, Bas, Cozz, EarthGang, Ari Lennox, Omen, and Lute contributed to the project. Additionally, numerous other artists such as T.I., Ty Dolla $ign, Vince Staples, DaBaby, Ski Mask the Slump God, Dreezy, Young Nudy, Guapdad 4000, and Buddy appear on ROTD3 as well.

Elsewhere on the Billboard 200 chart, Chris Brown’s Indigo drops to #3. Lil Nas X’s 7 descends two positions to #4. Machine Gun Kelly's Hotel Diablo opened at #5. Lizzo’s Cuz I Love You rose to a new peak of #6. Khalid’s Free Spirit fell one spot to #7. Post Malone’s beerbongs & bentleys remained in the Top 10 at #8, and Mustard’s Perfect Ten slipped to #9.
