(AllHipHop News) YG isn’t having much luck with his lawsuit over an alleged Las Vegas robbery that took place in May.
The Los Angeles judge has ordered a civil lawsuit filed by a victim named Benjamin Naderi will continue to move through the court system, after YG tried to put the entire case on hold until the outcome of the criminal trial was revealed.
The judge ruled Naderi has proven that YG acted with malice “and sought to physically and emotionally harm him for asking for a picture.”
The court action stems from an incident which took place in May at The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Vegas.
YG and a crew allegedly robbed the man of his jewelry after initially refusing to take a picture with the guy, who started mouthing off.
The rap star allegedly stripped Naderi of his jewelry during the fight.
YG's facing three felonies, including grand larceny and larceny from a person.
Each result in a punishment of 10 years each. YG had pleaded not guilty to all three charges.
