(AllHipHop News) Tekashi 6i9ine has been a hot name in hip-hop this year but the "Stoopid" rapper most recently has found himself in hot water with the feds.
The rapper, his manager and several members of his crew are facing life sentences for racketeering and drug dealing charges, over a string of shootings, robberies and claims the men were selling hard narcotics around New York.
The most stunning new development surrounding 6ix9ine's case was revealed earlier this week, when it was revealed his former manager Kifano Shotti" Jordan was plotting to kill the rapper, along with Jamel "Mel Murda" Jones.
The FBI moved 6ix9ine to a "neutral" prison after his former cronies were caught on FBI wiretaps plotting to "super violate" him and "feed" him some bullets.
Most recently, fellow New York rapper Dave East stopped through Wilmington Delaware on the first night of his “Get It How I Live” tour.
He spoke with AllHipHop about Tekashi 6i9ine's current situation.
Dave, who makes his ties to the Crips no secret, had an interesting take on how an artist should move in the streets and the music industry.
Check out what we had to say about 6ix9ine.
