She is in good spirits and will be performing at B.B. Kings this Sunday, Browns manager Bernadette Brennan told AllHipHop.com in an exclusive statement. We are going to clear our client of all charges and continue to move forward in a productive and successful manner.According to Brennan, Foxy Brown is currently at Night Life Studios in New York, where she is rehearsing for her upcoming show at B.B. Kings, which also features A.Z., Cormega and others. Foxy Brown, born Inga Marchand, is accused of violating a Raymonds protective order against the rap star. As a result, she has been charged with six criminal offenses, including public lewdness, criminal contempt, menacing and harassment. Foxy is feeling good and shes happy to be back in the studio and making music. We also intend to prove that an order of protection should be used as a shield and not a sword," Brennan told AllHipHop.com.
