(AllHipHop News) Brooklyn, New York rapper Foxy Brown issued a statement to AllHipHop.com today (July 22nd) addressing her arrest yesterday for allegedly violating a protective order filed by a longtime neighborhood rival. Arlene Raymond called the cops yesterday (July 21st), after she engaged in a verbal altercation with Brown in their Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, neighborhood. According to the police report, Brown was arrested for calling Raymond a  “dirty b**ch” and for lifting her skirt and showing Raymond exposed her bare butt while telling her to “kiss her ass.”“Foxy is completely innocent of these charges. She is in good spirits and will be performing at B.B. Kings this Sunday,” Brown’s manager Bernadette Brennan told AllHipHop.com in an exclusive statement. “We are going to clear our client of all charges and continue to move forward in a productive and successful manner.”According to Brennan, Foxy Brown is currently at Night Life Studios in New York, where she is rehearsing for her upcoming show at B.B. Kings, which also features A.Z., Cormega and others. Foxy Brown, born Inga Marchand, is accused of violating a Raymond’s protective order against the rap star. As a result, she has been charged with six criminal offenses, including public lewdness, criminal contempt, menacing and harassment. “Foxy is feeling good and she’s happy to be back in the studio and making music. We also intend to prove that an order of protection should be used as a shield and not a sword,” Brennan told AllHipHop.com.
