(AllHipHop News) The year is not ending on a high note for Tekashi 6ix9ine. According to TMZ, federal prosecutors are looking into whether the currently incarcerated entertainer was connected to a shooting involving Chief Keef.
This latest investigation comes on the heels of 6ix9ine being indicted on six charges, including racketeering. The "Stoopid" rapper is facing a minimum of 32 years in federal prison. He is currently being held without bail.
The website reports:
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the shooting case -- which has gone unsolved so far with the NYPD -- is now under review with federal prosecutors, who are combing over the evidence to see if it might lead to any additional charges.
Keef was shot at outside the W Hotel in New York City's Times Square in June, but the Chicago native was not harmed. Video footage from May, allegedly showing 6ix9ine calling for a $30,000 bounty on Chief Keef's cousin Tadoe, surfaced in November.
