Flo Rida Has To Pay Legal Bills In Paternity War

Flo Rida has to pay the court fees to a woman who claims he is her baby's father.

(AllHipHop News) Rapper Flo Rida has been ordered to pay legal fees in his ongoing child support case.

Alexis Adams filed documents claiming she had sexual encounters with the Low singer between December 2015 and January 2016 and fell pregnant with the couple's son, Zohar Paxton.

Adams claimed Flo Rida, real name Tramar Dillard, refused to acknowledge he was the father, even after taking a paternity test the following December, which proved he was 99.9 percent the child's biological dad.

Dillard attempted to get the case dismissed, but earlier this year, he was ordered to pay $9,000-a-month in child support, and, on Monday, a judge ruled he would continue to make those payments.

Judge Shira Atzmon also ruled Flo Rida has to pay $50,000 towards Adams' legal fees.

"Oftentimes it's the party with the money that ends up paying the attorney's fees," Judge Atzmon told Flo Rida. "It might not seem fair to you, it might not seem right to you, but she had to seek this petition."

The parties will return to court later this week.
